  • Sorry, I have to disagree. I have witnessed too many needless deaths due to an adult accidently rolling over, or on, or up against, their precious baby and smothered them. These were caring, loving parents who were not drunk or high.

  • Sure there are more overall fatalities of infants sleeping in a crib because there are millions more babies sleeping in cribs. The numbers if infant deaths has drastically decreased since the Safe Sleep campaign was initiated.

  • The only thing terrible about this ad, is that is is safer for your baby to sleep next to a knife than an adult!

  • The problem is it can and does cause infant deaths. I'm glad your children survived, but many infants are killed due to rollovers from sleeping with an adult.

  • Yes, it's the lazy way. Unsafe and foolish. Trust me, I have seen way too many infant deaths due to rollovers. It really does does happen. One is too many.

  • Yes, there are risks in many things, but why take such a risk? Co-sleeping is just not worth the risk. In an 8 day period we had THREE precious babies brought to our ED dead, all from rollovers while co-sleeping. THREE lives lost and three families torn apart.

  • Sorry, you are dead wrong. The babies I have seen in our ED that have died from a rollover while co[sleeping, ALL had parents who were NOT drunk or high. Perhaps they were sleep deprived and NONE of them ever thought it could happen to them. It's heart breaking.

  • Why , oh why would you be willing to take such a risk. Perhaps the ad should show what I have seen way too many times. Parmedics bagging a lifeless baby and pushing hard and fast on the chest of a gray, unresponsive baby. Several nurses gather around this precious child.
